 Ken Goode ~ Director of Missions 

 Ken Goode is responsible for the planning, implementation and evalutaion of all work of the association. He served 5 years as the Church and Community Ministry Consultant for the Baptist Convention of New Mexico. Prior to that position he was Director of the Baptist Neighborhood Center in downtown Albuquerque and founding pastor of the Baptist Neighborhood Fellowship.

 Kevin Branham ~ Office Manager 

Kevin Branham oversees the day to day operations of the association office and provides staff support. He oversees finances, scheduling, communications, staff support, office technology and advertising. Kevin is the newest member of the CBA organization. He has many years of administration as well as various types of organizational experience. Kevin is retired from the military with over 24 years of service.

 Elaine McInturff ~ Secretary 

Elaine McInturff is responsible for finances, communications, in addition to providing support whever necessary. She has been with CBA since July 1996 and has extensive office experiences in church offices and the secular world. Even though she is retired, Elaine's continued dedication and people skills have made her a vital part of the organization and its smooth operations.

 John Torrison ~ New Work Coordinator 

John Torrison coordinates all work involved in the start and support of new churches and mission sites. He is the founding pastor of Vista Grande Chruch and was the pastor of First Baptist Church of Tijeras, the sponsoring church of Vista Grande. John's experience in leading an existing church to start a new church and in the beginning pastoring a new church gives him a well rounded perspective on all the issues involved in beginning new works.

 Carl Russell ~ Ministry Evangelism Coordinator 

Carl Russell coordinates all work involved in assisting churches to reach out beyond their  walls into their community. His responsibilities include awareness and coordination of mission opportunities, providing resources and training for ministry evangelism and the coordination for disaster releif. In his former pastorates he led his churches to become involved in community ministries, outreach to gang members, law enforcement chaplaincy and critical incident stress management.

 Rafael Murillo ~ Ethnic Church Coordinator 

Rafael Murillo is responsible for the coordination and assisting with the planning of ethnic ministries. He was the Director of Ethnic Ministries and Church Planting Strategist for the Illinois Baptist State Association for 8 years. Rafael's numerous leadership and pastoral experiences provide and excellent insight in supporting churches evangelism and ministries.
