Update

The Central Baptist Association of New Mexico is pleased to announce John Torrison as its new Director of Missions.  John was voted on and approved by CBA messengers at the Annual meeting held January 19, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Bosque Farms.  This is also the church where John received the Lord into his heart and where he was first licensed and ordained to be a minister.  John has been the pastor of Vista Grande Church in Sandia Park, NM since 1999.  In addition he has also been serving as the New Works Coordinator for the CBA.  John has a degree from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  The CBA Executive Board and Staff look forward to working with John in his position and continuing to glorifying Christ through His kingdom work.  John and his wife Trudy have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
